Service Level Agreement

Effective Date: June 27, 2016

This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) is a policy governing the use of Prerender under the terms of the Prerender Terms of Service (the “Prerender Agreement”) between Prerender, LLC (“Prerender”, “us” or “we”) and users of Prerender’s services (“you”). This SLA applies separately to each account using Prerender. Unless otherwise provided herein, this SLA is subject to the terms of the Prerender Agreement and capitalized terms will have the meaning specified in the Prerender Agreement. We reserve the right to change the terms of this SLA in accordance with the Prerender Agreement.

Service Commitment

Prerender will use commercially reasonable efforts to make Prerender available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage of at least 99.9%, in each case during any monthly billing cycle (the “Service Commitment”). Prerender is considered available when the Prerender service is able to cache new pages and return cached pages when requested.
